I strongly believe in and enjoy developing with and alongside a small cohort of teachers. I've spent the last three years working as a Teaching Group Facilitator, meeting regularly with a group of other writing instructors. This year I've taken on the role of Lead Facilitator, acting as a liaison between current Facilitators and Program Directors. I helped develop our team, our yearly goals, and our week-long instructor orientation. I provide support and mentorship to our Teaching Group Facilitators and am in the process of creating a training session and manual for future program leaders.
